MEGA Leadership Development Program (MLDP)
At our school, we create leaders. Leadership is a powerful skill to obtain throughout school life that helps our students prepare for the future as well as helps them succeed in different areas of their lives. It is not enough for a student to decide that they want to be a leader and making a good leader is not something that is inherited.
We at our school focus on such activities which have boosted their confidence and enhanced their public speaking skills. Our students are critical thinkers and make their own decisions with great vision and clarity. Our students work compulsively on their leadership skills with complete focus and dedication.

MEGA International Dimension Program (MIDP)
The International Dimension in our Schools is an inbuilt feature in our curriculum and pedagogy. International work is included as part of our curriculum and helps us to inculcate international-mindedness in our students. It helps in fostering an international ethos throughout the school and embedding it within the culture of the school.
Our students are aware of the cultures and languages of different countries. Their knowledge and confidence have increased manifold because of their interaction with students of various countries internationally. It has improved their presentation skills, research skills and communication skills.
Remedial and Interventions
Each Student is different in terms of learning ability, academic standards, classroom learning and academic performance, and each has his own learning. The aim of ‘Intervention’ is to provide learning support to Students who lag far behind their counterparts in school performance. By adopting effective teaching strategies, teachers can provide learning activities and practical experiences to students according to their abilities and needs.
Teachers design individualised educational programmes with intensive Intervention support to help Students consolidate their basic knowledge in different subjects, master the learning methods, strengthen their confidence and enhance the effectiveness of learning.
Throughout the teaching process, teachers should provide systematic training to develop Students' generic skills, including interpersonal relationships, communication, problem-solving, self-management, self-learning, independent thinking and creativity.

In all MEGA schools, we have a guidance and counselling cell. Experienced and qualified faculty has been recruited to encourage students’ academic, social, emotional and personal development. MEGA Self-Defense Program (MSDP)
At MEGA, we provide self-defence training. Experts from the field teach our students the basics skills and slowly take them to the advanced levels in a very structured manner.
MEGA is associated with Hindustan Scouts and Guides Karnataka. With this organization, we conduct various programmes which helps students to be fit physically, mentally, socially and become responsible, independent and caring.
MEGA Parents’ Engagement program (MPEP)
MPEP at MEGA International School is an opportunity to engage parents in meaningful ways, and parents are committed to actively supporting their children in learning and development.
Parents share their experiences with MEGA students about how their studies connect to the world outside school. They help in breaking down the barriers of the classroom walls to deepen learning. This experience gives students the opportunity to connect with professionals and create meaningful learning connections.
